Billing Software
MAKOS Billing Application
For Retail Industry · Shop owners, retail chains, pharmacies, wholesalers and anyone billing across a counter.
Barcode-ready GST billing for retail counters — works online or fully offline, prints to thermal printers, and syncs when the connection returns.
MAKOS Billing runs the counter in a shop, a pharmacy, a grocery or a hardware store. It installs on the till as a desktop application and keeps billing when the internet does not, syncing every bill, payment and stock movement the moment the line comes back — so a power cut or a dead connection never stops a sale. Barcode scanning, thermal printing, multiple GST rates on one bill, part payments and a day-end close are part of the product rather than additions to it, and the same figures are on the web for an owner who would rather not stand at the counter to see how the day went.
Starting at INR 7500.
What it does
Counter billing
Scan, bill and print in a few seconds, with keyboard shortcuts for an operator who never reaches for the mouse.
Works with the internet down
The counter keeps billing through a dead line or a power cut, and every bill syncs the moment the connection returns.
GST the way the return needs it
Several tax rates on one bill, HSN codes against every item, and period summaries your accountant can file from.
Barcode and thermal printing
Reads any standard barcode and prints to the two-inch and three-inch thermal printers already sitting on most counters.
Stock that moves as you bill
Every sale, return and purchase adjusts stock, so what the screen says is on the shelf is what is on the shelf.
Part payments and khata
Cash, UPI, card or credit on a single bill, with a running outstanding balance per customer.
Day-end in one screen
Closes the day on takings by payment mode, returns, discounts given and what the drawer is short.
The owner's view, from anywhere
The same data on the web, so checking the day does not mean standing at the counter.
